Quotes and orders
- Sending a request does not create an order or reserve stock.
- A quote is valid only when we send it in writing, and only for the period it states. Prices depend on mill prices, exchange rates, duties and freight, and can change before an order is confirmed.
- An order is binding only when both sides confirm price, specification, quantity, payment and delivery in writing.
- Colours, finishes and specifications are confirmed against an approved sample or proof.
Tools and the quote assistant
- The calculators, size chart, board selector and container estimate give estimates for planning. Check figures before you rely on them.
- The quote assistant is an automated tool. It does not give prices or make commitments for us, and it can make mistakes. Only our written quotes and confirmations count.
Files you send
You keep ownership of artwork and files you send us. You confirm you have the right to use them, including any logos and brand names. We use them only to quote, sample and produce your order.
Using the site fairly
Do not send false requests, try to break the site's security, overload it or send harmful files.
Liability
We take care with the information on this site but do not guarantee it is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on the site's content or tools instead of a written quote.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes go to the courts of Dhaka.
