What we collect

• Quote and sample requests: your name, email, and anything else you choose to give, such as company, phone, country, delivery address, product details and files you attach.
• Quote assistant: the messages you type. If you send a request through the assistant, the conversation is saved with it.
• Order tracking: the reference number and email you enter, only to find your request.
• Technical data: your IP address and approximate country, used briefly to block spam and abuse. Visit counts are anonymous and use no cookies.

How we use it

• To prepare quotes, send samples, process orders and reply to you.
• To keep a business record of requests, quotes and orders.
• To filter spam. Requests and assistant messages are processed by automated AI tools to answer your questions, filter spam and summarise requests for our team.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts this website, stores requests and files, and runs the quote assistant.
• If our main AI service is unavailable, assistant messages may be processed by a backup AI provider. We do not send attached files to AI services.
• Our email provider delivers messages to our inbox.

These providers may process data outside Bangladesh.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not become orders are deleted after 24 months. Records of orders are kept as long as tax and trade rules require. Attached files are deleted after 24 months unless they belong to an order.

Cookies and storage

We set no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores a few small settings on your device, such as whether you closed the privacy notice and the form details you are filling in. You can clear these in your browser at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.

We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
